She has always loved to sing and continues to strive to grow in the mezzo-soprano operatic repertoire. Genevieve has been active as a professional ensemble singer for fifteen years. Genevieve has performed in musical theatre productions such as Thoroughly Modern Millie, Beauty and the Beast, Bye, Bye Birdie, Shrek the Musical, Seussical the Musical, and Newsies. New to opera, Genevieve has performed an excerpt from Barber’s Vanessa with the Northridge Singers of California State University, Northridge (CSUN), covered and performed the role of Third Lady in Mozart’s The Magic Flute with CSUN Opera, and Golondrina, which was composed by Link Harnsberger.
