Jeannine Allen received her undergraduate degree in Opera Performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at California State University Long Beach and her Masters in Vocal performance from Cal State Northridge under the teaching of Shigemi Matsumoto. She is an alum of The Aspen Music Festival and School and some of her notable operatic roles include Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, Adina in L'Elisir d'Amore, Marēnka in The Bartered Bride, Anna Maurrant in Weill’s Street Scene, Fiordiligi in Cosi Fan Tutte, and Mimi in La Bohéme. She is a cantor at St. Mary’s by the Sea in Huntington Beach and also teaches private voice lessons at her home in Seal Beach. She will be singing Gertrude in Hansel and Gretel at The Miami Music Festival this summer.
