Mark works sales at MatchMySound, a music education tech company. He was inspired to play in first grade by a teacher, but didn't until high school. All children should have the opportunity to learn and enjoy music! He enjoys performing and directing for a variety of rich musical groups in all the cultures that Los Angeles has to offer. Fun fact: He played in a polka band at Danny Elfman’s house several times for his Christmas parties. Married to trumpet player Jodi Malone. Their son plays bass trombone and is drum major in the Marine Corps. And Mark loves good humor — laughter, as they say, can be the best medication!
