Satoshi Terashima is a composer and keyboardist originally from Japan and now based in Los Angeles. He holds an MFA in Performer-Composer from the California Institute of the Arts.Satoshi is currently a Faculty Intern with the Los Angeles Community College District through Project MATCH, working at Los Angeles Mission College under Dr. Joshua Wentz. In addition to his academic work, Satoshi has extensive professional experience as an arranger, transcriber, and score editor for Yamaha Music Entertainment Holdings in Japan. He has performed internationally and won the Yamaha Electone Concourse in 2015 with his original compositions and performance. In 2024, Satoshi was selected for the American Society of Music Arrangers and Composers (ASMAC) Mentorship Program, where he studied composition and orchestration for film under Nathan Wang.
